Today I’m just really into European cars. Can’t really explain it. So lets talk about them!

Difficult choice, they’re all great.

I’d have to go with the E60 M5.

Frankly, it looks amazing, it’s got my favorite type of engine, a naturally-aspirated V10, four doors, and they’re getting cheap.

I’ve driven these. The transmission is really slow to shift. And when it does, it jolts you. Quite primitive.

E46 M3 because I used to own one, and the car/driver relationship was fantastic. IMO the aesthetics of the E46 are timeless in that, when you see a clean one it looks as good as it did the day it was produced. Just like the last gen Supra’s or RX-7’s.

I want to own a V10 M5 at some point but I was resigned to the fact that it wasn’t happening for at least 5 years until...

I had a look on Autotrader

An M5 might be in my future earlier than I thought. Best start putting that Accounting degree to good use.

Capri. Specifically the Mk II. 1975 to 1978. The shape is just so right to begin with, and flares wings and air dams make it look so damn mean.

They are good cars for anything. Rally car? No problem. 700hp back halved wheelie machine? Can do. 2200 pound big boy go kart? All day long.

And the special editions they made were amazing. Broadspeed, Zakspeed, John Player Specials, Mako and Perana V8s. There was even a limited run of Aston Martin tuned cars called Tickford Turbos!

I know that’s a lousy picture but its the only one I have on my phone.

An E46 M3 on CSL wheels is one of my favorite BMW’s. I need to find s ZCP E46 FAST.

I saw a local 2003 with 90k on it for $13k.. I'm tempted to buy it from the dealer even though it's SMG.

Mine was just like the above! SMG’s are usually a good deal if you can tolerate that transmission. It’s not as awful as everyone says... better act fast, they seem to be on the up as far as price.

E38 740iL. IFL this car. To date, no big german cruiser bruiser has measured up to what this car achieved in it’s era. M235i. 1M coupe. BMW M6 GC. Every M5 ever. BMW M3 and M4. E90, E46, E36, E30. All of them. BMW Z8. Are we seeing pattern here? If I had to choose, it would be this:

That’s why I’m so conflicted, it’s not a bad deal and I’ve spent some time with an SMG. I don’t hate it or love it, but part of me is saying just spend a little more and get that interlagos blue ZCP 6MT.

Favorite is Porsche 911 GT2 RS. Because the GT3 isn’t fast enough? And amazingly a car with an engine behind the rear wheels survives in 2015.
